- In case of conflict between provisions of these Terms and Individual Provisions, Individual Provisions shall prevail.
Article 2 (Service Overview)
- This Service provides users with issuance of temporary email addresses (hereinafter referred to as "temporary address") and email reception functionality.
- This Service can be used without registration and can be accessed anytime with password authentication.
- This Service is provided free of charge and is operated through advertising revenue.
Article 3 (Eligibility)
- Users shall use this Service after agreeing to these Terms.
- Users shall prepare their own internet connection environment at their own responsibility when using this Service.
- Minors using this Service must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Article 4 (Password Management)
- Passwords for accessing temporary addresses issued by this Service shall be managed by the user.
- If access to an address becomes impossible due to lost or forgotten passwords, the Operator does not guarantee recovery.
- Users shall take care not to leak passwords to third parties and are encouraged to change them regularly.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this Service:
- Acts violating laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal acts or acts that may be related to crimes
- Acts infringing intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Operator, other users, or third parties
- Acts destroying or interfering with the functions of this Service's servers or networks
- Acts reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling this Service
- Acts using this Service for commercial purposes (except when approved by the Operator)
- Spam acts sending mass emails or acts supporting such acts
- Use for the purpose of receiving spam emails
- Acts attempting unauthorized access to other users' addresses
- Acts interfering with operation of this Service
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator
Article 6 (Email Storage Period and Deletion)
- Received emails are stored for 30 days from receipt and then automatically deleted.
- Users can manually delete emails at any time.
- When an address is deleted, all emails associated with that address are also deleted simultaneously.
- Even if emails are lost due to system maintenance or failures, the Operator has no obligation to recover them.
Article 7 (Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination)
- The Operator may change, add, or discontinue content of this Service without prior notice to users.
- The Operator may interrupt all or part of this Service without prior notice to users in the following cases:
- When performing system maintenance or updates
- When provision of this Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as natural disasters
- When provision of this Service becomes difficult due to server, communication line failures, or unauthorized access
- Other cases where the Operator deems interruption necessary
- When terminating this Service, the Operator shall notify users with reasonable advance notice.
- The Operator bears no responsibility for damages caused to users due to changes, interruptions, or termination under this article.
Article 8 (Advertisement Display)
- This Service may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense.
- Users shall use this Service on the condition of viewing advertisements.
- Regarding advertisement content, the advertiser is responsible, and the Operator does not guarantee accuracy, legality, etc.
- The Operator is not involved in and bears no responsibility for transactions between users and advertisers resulting from ad clicks.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Operator does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for particular purpose, security, etc. of this Service content.
- The Operator bears no responsibility for damages caused to users through use of this Service (including data loss, lost profits, business interruption, etc.), except where the Operator has intentional or gross negligence.
- The Operator bears no responsibility for disputes arising between users and other users or third parties.
- The Operator does not guarantee truthfulness, legality, appropriateness, etc. of email content received through this Service.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to this Service belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders.
- Users do not acquire these rights by using this Service.
- Copyrights of information sent by users to this Service belong to users, but the Operator may use this within the scope necessary for operation and improvement of this Service.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
- The Operator may change these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary.
- Changed Terms shall take effect when posted on this Service.
- If users use this Service after changes to these Terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)
Handling of personal information in this Service shall follow the Privacy Policy separately established.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- Japanese law shall be the governing law for interpretation of these Terms.
- For disputes regarding this Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's location shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 14 (Severability)
Even if any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
